Thumbs up sucess stories in cad book

I am very happy for them. I wish i could read a book filled with only success stories.
I am particularly impressed by the weight loss range of some of the cadders from as little as 5 pounds to 100 or more. SOme other plans show sucess with people who have alot to lose but it's great to see that a 5 pound loss deserve merit in the cad book.

That's one problem I have in my thinking. I guess it's just as hard to loose 5 pounds but as someone who has almost 200 pounds to loose I have trouble finding sympothy for someone who only has that little to loose.

I know my thinking is wrong and I am trying hard to overcome it.

When you get to 199 you'll understand. The closer you are to the 100"s the harder it gets....every change counts for either upward's or downwards.

Its still hard for me but I'm working on it... sounds pitiful huh but maintaince is work for me. i've never maintained a weight loss this long ever!!!! and I want to keep maintaining maybe if my body wants to lose a little more.
If I overeat I gain, too much sodium I gain...but the great thing is CAD works and i just stick to it and I am back at goal.
I am soo proud of everyone that works at CAD and makes it work and you should all be proud of yourself too

I agree. I am a success story junkie, keeps me motivated. I bet a success story book would sell like hotcakes.

I am now starting to focus more on working out. I found this site http://www.bodychangers.com that has tons of success story interviews (Mostly Body for Life) but it is definatly motivation to get my butt to the gym =)
