Just a note
So I totally know that it's not the best idea to get on the scale every day. I know that we vary daily, and hour to hour, depending on what we are doing and eating.
That said though, I HAD to jump on the scale today (two day's after my weekly Friday check in's) because I have been eating soo good! Well... I am glad I stepped on that scale this morning b/c I've dropped another four pounds from Friday!! Oh happy day! I've lost ten pounds in a little over a week. I haven't lost ten pounds in forever!
My goal right now is to keep doing what I've been doing. I have the tendency to get to a mini goal and then quit being soo good. Does anyone else do that? It is so silly. Why stop something that is working so well? But that is what I've always done it in the past. Not anymore!
