Thanks for letting us know, Jim! I'll look for it the next time I'm at the bookstore!

Had to have the bookstore special order the new edition for me (they were out of stock already when I came in looking for it) and it came in today. Haven't had much of a chance to read it yet, but I have to admit that I was a little disappointed in the new section on PCOS which is what I was really interested in reading (I have PCOS). I guess I was expecting something new and it's more or less stuff that I already knew. As a matter of fact, after my first reading of that section I came away with the feeling that I may never be able to get rid of the rest of this weight because he relates an example of a woman who even with restricting protein consumption to 7 ounces a day, exercising and keeping calories very low wasn't able to lose more than 10 pounds. How depressing! I'm not giving up, though. I may have to fight for every pound that I take off, but at least it's not going in the opposite direction!
I'm interested in hearing what everyone else who has gotten the new edition thinks.
