Talking Scale woes solved! If ya need a good scale read on!

Ok, well I set out on a journey for a scale yesterday....Before I left the house I saw an ad on my puter for a scale that measure body fat too, and I was like wow, thats awesome!

So, I ended up at Kmart, and they have a few scales, but I decided I wanted a lithium ion powered scale and they had a few, and low and behold they did have the one that measured body fat...IT was in 2 places and one said 34.99, the other said 39.00....

So i went to checkout and to my surprise it rang up 22 bucks!!!!
I was so happy, finally a good scale, and it was cheap too!

And, to boot.....It has 4 buttons that let u save your weight, and the time and date is prgrammed too, so u can track your weight and body fat and stuff.....Now how nice is that! So yes, I have become this poster child/new advertising representative for this freaking scale lol....

I hope its pretty accurate.....last night I was 244.5 which is about right, and my body fat measured 43.3, and it says 25-30 is normal, so I know I am alot over, but how bad is where I am at? anyone know?

AS for my stupid dial scale? Well im throwing it away! Got on after using the digital and it still says 251, so i think its on crack

So just popped in to share my good news lol....Who would ever think a scale could make someone so happy!!

Lightbulb Good Info

I have two scales at home, and they are off each other by 5 pounds. 5 POUNDS! That is a whole month of losing to me! I am going to KMart at lunch to pick up that scale. I am going to keep it in my office, so that I don't weigh as often. I work in a small office with just one other woman, so no worries about saving my weight with it!

Wow Toeie! I'm glad you got a new one. I have 2 digital but they don't measure body fat and the weight increments are 1 pound. I would love to get the tanita that calculates body fat. It cost 149.99 here I think it was Sears or the Bay, I can't remember now. K-Mart, huh? I am thinking of waiting until I go to Miami in October to purchase one since I have 2 I can use until then.

Peace
