Default sugar-free chocolate chips?

I found a recipe on the Atkins website that calls for sugar-free chocolate chips. I can't find them. Anyone know where sells them or a brand? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I just break up a sugarfree chocolate bar, that's really easy...there are some SF chocolate chips made somewhere but you might need to do a websearch on www.google.com for sugarfree chocolate and chips ...

I wish someone would make SF chocolate without sugar alcohols. I can never figure out just how many carbs should "count" with them - I'd rather have a bar sweetened with splenda (or even one of the other sweeteners) that I know just how many carbs it has instead of guessing how much of the alcohols to count.

(And then of course, you don't have the embarassing side effects either, and you wouldn't ever have to worry about serving something with them in it to company )

I make my own...unsweetened chocolate, a little cream and sweetener. When it hardens, chop into small bits.

If you can find cocoa butter, that's the ticket for making really good LC chocolate things. It makes the unsweetened chocolate smooth and creamy.

Will that get hard though?

I know I made the peanut butter cups - and those required freezing (they were all melty at room temperature)

I'll give it a shot though - I found a recipe for LC Chocolate Chip Cheesecake that I want to try!

Well hmm, I tried that - it didn't really work. They were still pretty soft at room temperature (I ended up buying a few dark chocolate bars with Malitol - not what I wanted, but I so wanted to try this!)
