Default Can recommend me those really fatty fatty food?

I have been eating more protein than fat, so thats y i think i can't lose weight....

i live in singapore....
the only high fat ingredient i think is butter.
thinking of adding 1 tablespoon of it onto my egg....

what else?

Eat the skin with the chicken, and choose the dark leg meat instead of the white breast meat.

Cook with butter or ghee, and add it to hot steamed vegetables as a dressing. Not sure if olive oil is widely available in Singapore, but that's a good choice too .. put extra oil on your salads.

Spread some mayonnaise on cold meat, or use it as a dip. You can flavour the mayonnaise with spice or hot chilis

Nuts are fine, but be aware of the carbs.

Fresh coconut is good, and coconut milk .. as long as there's no sugar added.
