Does anyone buy products with ISomalt in it, do you subtract all the Isomalt from the carbs listed or what is isomalt

It is a sugar alcohol. just like all the others. Some say that it has milder effect on blood sugar than sorbitol.

They say that you should subtract sugar alcohols from the total carbs but this is nothing I personally agree with.
