Default what if i'm doing an "atkins" hybrid

diet - do i still get to come here? or do i have to go somewhere else - by the way, be SURE to check my progress - still loosing AND i've got pms (for us females we KNOW how absolutely monumental that is). woo hoo!

just remember everybody really does atkins modified to their needs.
none of us are the same.

for instance some people can eat all of the sugar alcohols they want - i can not.

some people can eat unlimited "Low Carb" Veggies and some cant.

that is what is great about "Atkins". it has taught me try eating something and then watch for how my body reacts to it - then i can make an informed decision about how much and how often i can eat it.
