Has anyone tried this Diet? I am having problems with atkins. I am gaining not losing. Would love to have some feedback!!! Thanks

I just started today. I was doing atkins for about 8 months and it wasn't working for me. I ended up messing up my digestive system (I now go to a GI specialist) and gained more weight than I lost. So, this plan seems like the one for me. I like the idea of lower fat, the amount I ate on Atkins really bothered me. Also, my skinny DH decided that this sounded like a healthy non-diet eating plan too, so he is goining me once I get to phase 2! Wow, I am excited to have him really work through this with me, and also not to have the ice cream bars and chips and cookies in the house!!! It seems like a good plan that may be the "next atkins" who knows. I bet I get blasted for saying this may be the next atkins. All I know is atkins didnt work for me.
