Post End of 3rd week, slowing WAY down.

Tomorrow is not only the end of my 3rd week, it is also my B-DAY!
I'm slowing way down on the weight loss now.

Start/1-week/2-week/3-week
Pounds: 155/152/149/148
Chest:43/39/NC/NC
Waist:35/33/NC/NC
Hips:41/40/NC/NC
Upper Arms:13.25/13/12.25/12
Thighs:24/24/23/22.5

I think you are doing great!! Just remember the closer you get to goal weight the slower it comes off and you don't have a whole lot to lose. It will come off but give it time. Good Luck you can do it

I have recently read that if your weightloss slows down, go back down to 20 carbs a day. Good luck!

I never really moved up from about 20 carbs/day, but my weight loss slowed down in about week 3. I think that's normal from a lot of posts I've seen.

You might also need to be attentive to the calories,
though everyone says they don't count them, I do.

ANyway, I think that right now, your weight loss is fine, adn you've just hit the typical 3d week slowdown.

Weight loss almost always slows down at this time. During induction some of the weight you lost was water - now your body is recouping its water stores as you are losing fat. The net change on the scale is zero, but you are losing fat.
