Everyone has those days! Sounds like you are choosing allowed foods so just go with it. If you're hungry on Atkins you are suppose to eat something, right?

Lightbulb steamed veggies might do the trick.. filling

I am not sure if you are at home or at work...
but when i am at home and hungry and little snacks aren't filling me up..
i go for steamed veggies with lots of butter..
My favorite is Asparagus... So yummy ..

just a food that usually makes me feel satisfied until my next meal..

good luck...

I am having the opposite problem.. i am not hungry.. and sort of forcing myself to eat even the small stuff.. it's been 2 days feeling like this.

It sounds like you're doing great with the food, if you're hungry then EAT!!! If you're out of induction a really good sweet snack is sugar free jello with whipped cream and if it's in your carb count some berry's

Do you like olives? If you can find a really good kind (not the stuff out of the can), have a few. They are so filling and delicious, and the salty taste will kill off any sweet cravings you might have.

Like everyone says.... you are finally allowed to eat until full WITHOUT GUILT!

Count carbs only and learn to enjoy eating again.

What I used to do while on induction was take a microwave some frozen veggies, broccoli and cauliflower mix. I'd then shred some colby jack cheese on top. I'm not sure if it was the fiber or what, but that would usually fill me up when nothing else would.

I keep a jar of macademia nuts at my desk and when the munchies hit, I break them out.

I use to keep nuts at my desk. But decided that I liked them to much. I can eat a large jar in no time at all. They are my weakness. I like sf jello with whip cream on top for snack. Yummy!
