I am so excited right now and I just have to share, I am down 20lbs since I started on induction June 22nd!! Milestones like these give me the motivation to continue on. You guys are all great and all the times that I needed support and you have all been there for me so thank you to everyone, I could have never done it without you!!!

Congrats! That is fabulous. I bet you feel so much healthier already!

Not to be a total downer, but be prepared for what might come next. My first 20 pounds came off very easily, then it took me 6 weeks to lose the next 7 pounds! Slowly but surely, it's coming off.
