Default New Bread Discovery

Pepperidge Farm and Arrowheat are making LC bread, now. Although I didn't check for transfats, the breads are very good and have the flavor of the high carb breads. I have tried the multigrain breads and the have about 6 grams of carbs/slice. Generally, I eat one slice per day not the recommended serving of 2 slices, but many of you could probably eat a full serving without any problems. I am going to email both companies, commending them on this endeavor. I hope you all get a chance to try this bread.

Default low carb bread

I just went to the Pepperidge Farm website (eventually Campbell's Soup where I could email them) and couldn't find any info on the low carb bread. So I sent an email asking where I can get it in Virginia. I also commended them on being ahead of the low carb curve. I did find, though, that they don't use trans fat in their whole grain breads. At least, so they say in the website. Mind you, that doesn't mean their other breads are free of them!!

Also, what is Cheeter's bread and where can you get it? I have Atkins and it's okay but I've love to try something else.

Black57, I see you live in SoCal also. Where can I find this stuff? I love Pepperidge Farm products (though I have not had any in over a year); usually very high quality.

Thanks.
