Default Does this look ok?

I'm upping fat and veggies like suggested. 2.5 cups of veggies included in this. Do these totals look pretty close to the ratio I'm suppose to shoot for?

Totals
Calories 1435
Fat 111g....72%
Carbs 18g......5%

Thos look great to me for induction phase. If the 18g carb is total not net, you might want to try adding a little more fiber to be sure of regularity. Maybe spinich with your eggs in the morning, or different veggies diced up and thrown in your salad.

The protien amount looks great. That is probably around what your lean mass needs to support itself. Just remember as you move into OWL and add back carbs to slowly cut back on fat, but keep that protien the same gram wise. If you feel full at 1500 calories, keep it there and just alter your ratios as you move through the stages
