Default Starch Blocker for planned cheat on cruise.....which ones have u tried?

I am going on a cruise and am interested in taking a carb blocker in case I am going to cheat or eat something that I am unsure of the carb count. I am not planning on gorging or going overboard....I just want to be prepared and aware of my options. So if u have tried them.....which ones were they, how much $, side effects, what did u eat, did u gain....would u use them again for a planned and controlled cheat? Thanks

I've used the Metabolife kind, and the Carb control kind, both with 1 g of phaseolomin... save your money, IMO. You get nothing for your money (about $20 a bottle) but really bad gas, and it still threw me off for quite some time.

I'm glad you asked this question! I was at the grocery store today and picked up the new Woman's Day with an article about starch blockers in it. I was wondering if they actually worked because we are taking a trip to Pennsylvania Dutch country in a few weeks and I am SURE I will cheat when we are there!!

His,

We are going on vacation in Sept, and like you I want to try carb blockers too. I don't plan on over doing it either, just want something to kind of help out . I bought some off of Ebay. They are called *Atkins
phase 2 carb blockers* I haven't received them yet, but I will post back and let you know what I think of them after I try them.
Enjoy your cruise

$19.95 including shipping. I think there are 90 in the bottle. You can do a search on Ebay..there are several different brands up for auction.
