Default just went to the doctor...
Well I told my Doctor that I started Atkins without her onsent she was wondering when I would start something.. she was glad it was Atkins!!!!

I went from 345lbs on 7/27/03 to 324lbs 8/7/03!!!!
I am Diabetic so I had my blood checked
I went from 150 on 7/27 to 78 on 8/7!!!!!
72 point Drop!!!!

Atkins rocks!!!

I rock!!!

That is with Caffine and with Aspartame!!!!!!

Started with Green Tea last night to see if it can help!!!

This forum has helped me in just a few short weeks!!!!

thanks I am on my way to my first goal which is to not have to take Meds for diabetes anymore!

hopefully the Doctor will letm me after the first of the year!!!

My doctor Is the Bomb (term used by the youth of america)

She has always been on my case and very strict about my Diabetes she knew I was having problems with a diet,

I travel with my job 15-25 weeks a year making it hard to stay on a fad diet!

but since I made my Lifestyle change to LC and Atkins
I know I can do it!

Congrats on your current success!

My doctor is the one who recommended Atkins to me. I was in SHOCK ! He knows the eating plan inside out and we had a long talk about it 2 times now.
