The prices are great on ebay, but I am worried about the heat (at this time of year) in the shipping process. I will definately get them at ebay this winter. If I buy 200-500 at one time, I can save 50% or more.

I use the Freestyle strips and the insurance only pays 33%. They are $62 for 100 at Costco .. pretty steep, as I was going through 6 or 9 per day while getting under control.

I would be worried about the shipped right now from any place.

Thank you Sherrie
I tried to look it up on Ebay and didn't come up with anything.
What do you typically put in the search box to bring them up?

Freestyle strips.

You could put in the name of your meter + strips (leave out the +...ebay looks for every word/nuance you put in your search.

Let us know what you find! I am really anxious to get some. My husband, who9 is in denial of MY disease thinks that I am testing far too much, so I am trying to keep the cost down.

I thought the WalMart brand, ReliOn, was generally the least expensive? I am lucky enought to have my strips covered by insurance with a copay, so this is just hearsay.

Sure enough I came up with a BUNCH of Freestyle strips on Ebay.

One person was only asking $9.99 (small amount for postage) for 100 strips.

The price per strip I found ranged from .20 cents each to .35 cents each - all a great deal compared to going to Costco or even the best price I could find at online pharmacies ($58 for 100 plus $8 postage).
