Question Several Questions

Hi, it's me again!! Thanks to everyone that helped me out before. I have some more questions if anyone can help. First, I was wondering about Laughing Cow Cheese learned about it from WW recipe & I love the stuff. I know during induction I can have 3-4 ounces of cheese, but this one has 1 g of sugar, is it a flat no-no? Is ANY sugar a forever a no-no?Also, it says Sardines are eaten liberally during induction, what about what it's in, mustard sauce, hot sauce, etc. The cans I have do not tell you anything. One more, how do you fry stuff, chicken or things, what can you coat it with in place of flour and whats the best oil to use? This is just my 4th day & I have lost 5lbs. I am so happy, I was worried because I heard people saying it was real slow going if you don't need to lose a lot. I don't but I have lost a lot already doing fat-free & nearly starving all time. I can't believe how great this is going & I haven't noticed any of the bad symptoms they talk about. Have got my husband doing this too, he needs to lose a good bit for his health. I am so excited!!! Thanks to All

I grind some almonds in my coffee grinder, mix in some parmesan cheese and coat chicken with that and fry it in olive oil. In a separate pan heat some Franks Hot Sauce and some butter and then pour that over it -- yummy hot chicken. The cheese gives it a good taste and the almonds give you some more protein. If you use a food processor it will grind it to a meal consistency, a coffee grinder gives you a much finer griner meal.

On the cheese -- you can find block cheeses in your stores that won't have the sugar -- full fat, delicious cheese.

I would think the sardines with a mustard sauce or hot sauce would be fine, I wouldn't think those would have sugars added in them, but I'm not sure.

Hope this helps.
