how i got through my first stall

Well I hit a minor wall....i have been on atkins for 5 weeks and the last 10 days or so i haven't really dropped any weight.
Water retention is a rotten family gene that i have inherited.....so i did it i gave up olives!! I found they were my life savor on induction the first little while. I LOVE OLIVES!!! and always have, I figured since i was drinking so much water now that they would be okay. I was wrong. I gave them up three days ago and i have dropped 4lbs!! All water weight i am sure, but hey i'll take it anyway i can get it

Just thought the info might help someone else out there like me
