Default Will I EVER get used to drinking all this water?

Or will I be peeing every 45 minutes for the rest of my life?

I've gotten used to actually drinking it; in fact my mouth gets dry if I don't have a bottle of water constantly at my side. But will my bladder ever get bigger? I know the hike from my office to the ladies' room is good exercise, but I tell ya, this is kind of a pain!

Your body will adjust. I don't get up 4 times a night anymore, LOL.

Hi,

this is typical for first weeks. You will reach the balance but you have to drink lots of water. Not only there is no weight loss without it, it can also be dangerous to your kidneys not to drink enough.
You are doing great, just keep going!!!

Drinking all the water is hard for me too, but I fill up my 2- 33 ounce bottles every night and don't go to bed the next night until they are both GONE (a handy tip I read from someone on this board). I have an easier time making sure i drink nough when I go to the gym every night

Default Dihydrogen Monoxide Caution!

When I work out I take sips of water between each set of repetitions on the weight training machines. I find that I've usually consumed between 1 - 1.5 liters by the end of the workout.

On another note, what you're consuming could be dangerous..... check this out!!!!! * http://www.dhmo.org/
