Question MsJinx? Q for you or anyone who knows about EDiets

Hi I am new to this. I noticed in some past posts you talking about EDiets. I wonder if it is still worth it to you? I too would really like my meals /menu/grocery list planned out for me. I am lacto-vegetarian, and see they accomodate that too. I wonder though, can you request to not have certain foods included? For example...I cannot physically swallow cottage cheese, but I eat regular cheese. :-) Is this possible on EDiets? Also, when I looked recently it said $5 week with a minimum start of $65 (13weeks) I would like to do the 9 weeks and then decide whether to continue. Do you also know if they really credit you back to diff. if you cancel? Thanks so much for your info.

Well, this is a little late, and I hope you didn't waste your money like I did.

I signed up for the 9 week introduction special, for $25.

If you click on the zone diet, or Atkins, what you will find is something similar, but with some problems.

For the Zone, they automatically figured out somehow, that I require 15 blocks per day. They never inquired about my LBM, so how could they know?

On Atkins, I found some things that you would not be allowed to eat on Induction, but on maintenance. It almost seemed as though they really didn't want me on this diet.

It seemed as though they are less informed than most people here.

If you choose a diet, like the Zone, buy the book and use it, as well as zone web-sites. You'll save yourself lots of money in the end.
