Talking Leaving for vacation for a weeK

I am leaving in an hour to Chataqua Ny for a week with my kids!! I will be staying in a house with a kitchen so I can start my day with Keto Hot Cereal. But then I will be taking classes and walking around the Insitute all day (8:30 am til 4:00 pm).

The exercise will be great!!! My kids will be packing lunches PB&J's and other non-perishable HIGH Carb goodies - while riding their bikes, taking classes and sailing. While I on the other hand have not figued out what I will eat for lunch yet. Last time my five year old would buy pizza - he would eat the crust and I would eat the toppings. Or I would buy Hot dogs and throw the buns away. But that gets too expensive!!

I think I will take some jerky and plenty of water!! Any Suggestion?

I will also be without a scale!?! I like my scale!!! Oh Well!!

Have fun on vacation and try not to think about the scale - it will still be there when you get home.

Bring small pop-top cans or pouches of tuna, packets of mayo (raid a fast food place :lol, Cheese sticks (can you bring a cooler and get ice?), small pop-top cans of green beans (drain and add italian dressing to make them into a cold salad), individual cups of sugar free (splenda sweetened) gelatin (I think Jolly Ranchers makes this), small packets of nuts if you're not on induction, - browse your store - you'll find tons of ideas!
