As always, you continue to offer inspiration and encouragement to forum members, and your consistant support is welcome. Your 50-pound Xmas goal is ambitious, but if perserverance and commitment count for anything, you are sure to succeed!

Congrats! Way to stick to it! I hope to hit my mark sometime soon? I am now beginning the structured excercising phase! I have to keep up the water! Today I didn't have as much as I had been consuming, and boy did I feel bloated! It also helps MOVE THINGS ALONG, if you know what I mean! All the Best to you!
Warmly, Kelly

Well Jake you are dedicated and it shows your results are well deserved.
Geez I'm jealous, wish my hubby had to lose weight, he can't even find his way to the kitchen, lol and he designed and built this house!
Cheers Kathy

Jake I have to say that you are one of my favourite people on this site, not to say that there are not alot more cause there are[love this site}You are always so positive and pleasant and i love your pic and i almost feel like i know you. It would be a nice Xmas present to hae the rest of the weight off wouldn't it.I am approaching my first 20 pounds and I have been on it since May.It is the slowest that I lost weight but it is the easiest and I took vacation twice already and ate everyday in restaurants and never gained an ounce. That is a first. This definetly is a way of life for me from now on and I don't feel any pressure to lose it really fast as you said I will be eating this way from now on and when it comes off.it comes off.Thank you for being an inspiration to us all and keep up the good work and if you discover any new recipes while you are doing all the cooking please share with us.
