Question Hamburger patties

question

I have frozen hamburger patties, and they say on the pkg that they are 310 cals, 25g fat. is this what i put into fitday, or will some of that burn off in the grill? i know when i grill it LOOKS like grease/fat are just pouring off, but is that the case? I am trying to keep my cals within reason and i don't want to ruin it with a hamburger.

thanks

Enter into fitday exactly what is on the label. Don't worry too much about the calories, concentrate more on the carbs. Good Luck

On Atkins you really don't count calories. As long as you watch the carbs and maintain reasonable portion sizes you don't have to worry. Of course if you were eating a dozen hanburgers at a meal then the calorie count could be a factor but don't worry about one patty. Good luck!
