Default Kool-Aid Rocks!

Oh man, this stuff has really helped me out.

Carb and Sugar Free. With a little Splenda it rocks... but sometimes I need it sweeter and I use Sweet-N-Low, even though people say DON'T. It's my once every 3 day treat.

In the US sweet n Low is made of nutritive dextrose, and 3.6% saccharin, which is ok on Atkins...

Oh... is it? I suppose I was told the wrong thing. Sweet-N-Low would be so much better if I could use that instead of Splenda... considering Splenda takes some of my carbs up for the day.

Unless you are using liquid Sweet N' Low there are carbs. Just like in powdered splenda, powdered Sweet N' Low uses fillers. Generaly count 1 carb for each packet and still limit yourself if on induction.

Ah ok... yeah, no liquid Sweet N' Low. Bad experience once as a kid... put it in a bowl of cereal, tasted nasty...
