Default WANTED: low carb shake recipes

What I am doing now is mixing a half pint of heavy whipping cream with an equal amount of water, then adding 4 scoops of Pro Complex protien powder in a shaker bottle. I keep it on ice and take it to work with me, drinking it a little at a time (LOTS of calories). It's so good I'd love to down the whole thing at once.
Anyone with their own recipes?

This might be considered more of a smoothie.
I use about a cup of SF vanilla soy milk- 1/4 c cream top yogurt, maybe a scoop of protien powder, 2 - 3 ice cubes, a couple of stawberries or blueberries, and a couple of shots of various Davinci or Torani syrups- I like Mango, or Chocolate with Raspberry, then blend thouroughly in blender. I bring it in a thermos to work - and sometimes drink after dinner as dessert.

I used to use soy slender, yogurt, berries, whey protien, and ice. I can't find soy slender anymore and for the most part I have just been mixing things with yogurt in a bowel now.

4-5 ice cubes (crushed in blender before adding other ingredients)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
.5 cup plain, full fat yogurt
2 oz frozen strawberries (4-5 berries)

This is my regular breakfast, 6 net carbs. If I make it without the berries, I add 1 oz heavy cream.

If you don't have one yet... you HAVE TO buy a shaved ice maker... I got mine at Longs Drugs here in Cali. for only $12.00, you just crank the handle and snowy ice piles out... I splash some divinci syrups over it, and it is just like a snow cone! Sooo good! I made a bananna cream one today with divinci bananna syurp and heavy cream... YUM!
