Most low carb veggies are good for fibre: spinach, celery, cabbage, and so on. If you want to find the ones with the highest values, use the carb counter in the 'tools' section (click on the red bar above). This gives total carbs as well as fibre.
I don't know where you can buy psyllium husks in the UK, probably a health food store. Or you can try a commercial product such as Metamucil (processed psyllium husks); only make sure you get a sugar-free one.
