I think Rachael Ray has a new Low Carb show. I saw an episode yesterday at noon Pacific Time that was dedicated to the low carb diet. Rachael praised low carb diets because they were so flavorful and rich. She also spoke as though she was eating low carb She made an lc fritatta ( crustless quiche ) that had bacon and arugula lettuce. These can be replaced by the meat and green veggie of your choice. She made H'or Doeuvres with cucmber slices covered with a type of cream cheese and smoked salmon. For dessert she made strawberries and homemade whipped cream. What a fabulous brunch that would make!

I think this will be regular show, not just one episode.

If they do they don't have it listed on FoodTV.com.
Right now they still only list her for two shows.

Though the time slot you mentioned looks like 30 Minute Meals
