Well Don't know how to hook up my fitday for people to see..but I had eggs for breakfsat (all different ways) some bacon on some days. Usually fish or chicken for lunch with some cheese, some snacks throughout the day (cheese, pepperoni) and for dinner I had porkchops, steak, fish and chicken with a cup of acceptable vegies or a salad w/ dressing. (ofcourse not all at one time) and SF jello with whipped cream.I probably averaged around 1800 calories. I also do workout a lot. About 5 to 6 days a week.
