Default I lost 6.6 pounds my first week!!!!!! :0)

Just want to post this really happy happy e-mail!!!! I lost 6.6 pounds my first week of induction. Thanks for answering all of my question through out the week, it really helped. can't wait to continue with this WOL!!!! I feel great.
ps my idigestion and pre-TOM bloating is also gone as well!!!!!

Congrats! Isn't low-carbing so much better than low-fat or other diets? I'm having a blast on this WOE and can't imagine going back.

thanks! Low carb is sooo much better than low fat/low calorie!!!! I feel like I will never starve myself again. I know that it is only my first week but I have been up and down with 10 to 15 pounds for years. I always lose it the same way (lowfat/starve myself) and most likely gain it back the same way! No more for me..this is a new WOL! :0)

Well Don't know how to hook up my fitday for people to see..but I had eggs for breakfsat (all different ways) some bacon on some days. Usually fish or chicken for lunch with some cheese, some snacks throughout the day (cheese, pepperoni) and for dinner I had porkchops, steak, fish and chicken with a cup of acceptable vegies or a salad w/ dressing. (ofcourse not all at one time) and SF jello with whipped cream.I probably averaged around 1800 calories. I also do workout a lot. About 5 to 6 days a week.
