Nice to meet you Leenie. I know you can get it back too. I have always like to walk how about you? You can get it back just by doing it. I know you can because I did. I use to walk 5 miles a day on my tread mill (about 7 years ago) and I loved that too. Then I stopped and man look what can happen. This time around I am not going to stop. My big goal is to be here in the July 2004 challenge.

You have a great day ya hear

Unhappy Possible set-back

I was under the weather yesterday and didn't follow my woe. Not gonna beat myself up over it. Got back on track today and had an EAS shake for breakfast. I am fully expecting a loss when I weigh in Monday. I'm still not getting in my exercise (except babysitting my 5 mo. old grandson. Now that's a workout!). I have to work on that.

Hope everyone is well and on track.

199 for me today. YES!

It is great to get past the 200 mark. I walked 3.82 miles this morning. It is starting to warm up a bit but it is still nice out for walking. I can tell my body is losing inches too because I am wearing some smaller pants that a while back I could not get on and sit down.

You all have a great day.

Jean

Kelly & Tex, hopw you guys are feeling better today.

I'll weigh-in on Monday, Mr scale is nefinitely NOT being nice to me today.

Jean : I'm lazy to the bone and not ashamed to admit it. Aerobic breathing (15 mins per day) has been my mainstay. I do Pilates & yoga when I'm up to it but on my lazy days I just bodyflex. It works. Maybe you can check it out.
