Hi there all!! I'm brand new to this message board....well any message board really. I'm really hoping that getting and giving some support will help me in an abmitious weight loss goal. I have just started low-carbing, and rather than follow some of the complicated meal plans out there, I'm trying to do this by simply ensuring that I focus on proteins and vegtables to make up my meals. It's been a week, and so far so good. I even passed on Birthday cheesecake tonight...actually for the first time ever, I didn't want any!!! WOW.

I'm hoping that someone else is interested in sharing some motivation, ideas, ect.ect. Let me know.
