Normally when you see a journal, you'll either see the name of the journal and a #1 next to it.. or the #'s 1,2,3,4,5, etc. The more pages there are, the more activity and the longer they've been around. Journals are meant for your own personal activity (meals/workouts/etc). Things to help you keep track of your routine and get solid opinions from others on your progress.
