Default Good News & Bad News

Well, I'll give you that bad news first. One Day 1 (last Mon), I weight more than what I had guestimated when I registered for the forum. I was actually 197 not 189 as I had thought. Hadn't weight myself since before my week and half vacation, so.........dang those vacations!

The good news is that after one week on induction, I am down 5 lbs.

So while I'm up, I'm still down!

Hope you all have a great lc week!

JannyB

I think a 5 pound loss still translates to very good news, no matter what weight you started at. Change your start weight in your profile so your little percentage meter registers correctly.
