Default 14lbs in under 2 weeks!!

I just wanted to post this as I am so happy
I have lost 14lbs a whole stone in less than 2 weeks on the Atkins diet!!
I cant belive how easy it was (apart for the first week or so having headaches and feeling sick a lot).
This has given me such a boost and the determanation to carry on and loose those lbs.
I just want to say to all new starters if you have any side effects when starting the Atkins diet just hang in there, drink loads more water!! and the results will be worth it.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Gratz Lynda! I'm hoping I also see the same! I found this website and thought it could be my driving force. It's helping me so far! I find I'm very tired a lot. Today will be day 3. Gonna stick with it!
