Hello, glad to be here.

I just came across this site and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm new to the boards but not to lowcarbing. Started Atkins on 3/1/01 ~ 298 lbs but yo-yoed up and down for awhile with the weight. Reinducted on 7/7/03 ~ 278 lbs and have done really well (currently ~ 262.5 lbs). Really want this to work so have been very committed. Board setup seems really great and can't wait to get to know you all.
