Induction Foods?

These are my first days and I have been reading alot on the forums. Every one gives such good advice and I am very thankful. I have a question regaurding something I read. When starting out are nuts not allowed?

If you are following Atkins Induction, nots are not permitted (yet). I think you add those back in during ongoing weight loss (OWL).

that is correct. nuts are not allowed during induction.
