Hi Everyone! I need some help. My daughters 5th Birthday is coming up and we are having a party for her. I was wondering if anyone knew of a low carb recipe for a cake I could make so that the ones of us that are on this woe could have some cake. Im getting the rich icing kind from the bakery for the girls but need one for the adults.

Also, the hubbys 29th Birthday is coming up in August and I need a cake recipe for that too. LOL

you could make a low carb cheese cake and buy the la carb ice cream.

cheese cake:
2 8oz cream cheese
1pt whipping cream
1/2 cup of splenda
any flavoring you want to add. i use vanilla

if you want it harder you can add a packet of knox gelitan. its like jello with out the flavor. it takes a little while to set. if you do not want to use the geltian it will be the consistency of cool whip you can put it over some sf jello. the ice cream is called la carb 6 carbs per1/2 cup. it comes in a pint containerand you can find it at walmart.
