Unhappy Getting tired...

For a combination of reasons, I find myself fatigued and basically "out of it"... do any of you have suggestions for supplements/foods/lottery numbers that might help me get some energy??

A month ago, I was forced to quit my job (bartending, very physically active) to care for my son, who has a disability, full-time. I've tried to build activity into our day, with his physical therapy, etc. I try to make it "active" for me as well. I still don't think I'm near the activity level I was at work, and wonder if that has to do with my fatigue and weight-loss stall?

I tried moving up a few grams of carbs, as well as trying the coconut oil someone suggested, and all I accomplished was gaining back five pounds... not exactly the effect I was after...<pout> When I try to retreat to induction level, I can't make it through the day without a mid-afternoon crash.

Right now, I'm fighting the temptation to go back to my "coffee-and-sugar-shock" method of enduring the afternoon, but I don't want to undo the progress I've made so far!!

I tried the Atkins 14 day-starter supplements available at GNC a few days after starting induction and I found they gave me a lot of energy AND curbed my appitite and carb cravings.

Good luck!
