Default crunchy baked cheese bar

I have found this on lowcarb.com. Have not ordered yet, but would like to. I think it is the same stuff as baked cheese wheels in a bar form. It is a great idea, I have been looking for savoury bars and have not found any.
I also saw carbolite crispy nutrition bars on the same site. Has anybody tried those?

Question

This cheese bar - - is it like "just the cheese" ? What are the ingredients? Curious - - I love "just the cheese" but too salty and pricey for my budget (and health)

I went to the site www.lowcarb.com and noticed that the Carbolite crispy nutrition bars have chocolatey coating, so I don't think those are savoury bars

Why is it that almost all the new products are candy anyway?

I finally found the baked cheese bars, and here's the info and Ingredient List:
Quote:
Delicious, low-carbohydrate, hi-calcium snack made by baking our natural cheese. Each serving contains less than one gram of carbohydrates, more than 30% RDA of calcium and ten grams of protein. These natural cheese snacks do not need refrigeration.
Ingredients:
Natural Cheese (Milk, salt, enzymes), spices.

Yup, sure looks like "Just the Cheese" or (even better) microwaved American Cheese slices... hey, that's way cheaper and anybody can do it...

Of course I did not think that the Carbolite bars were savoury. I just did not want to write a separate e-mail on those.

Thumbs down Just the Cheese...

I tried the bacon kind.. VERY salty, pleasant enough taste, but too rich...(made me a bit queasy)

At $3.59 for two servings... I won't be buying them again.
