Smile Get excited

Hi to all of you!

I am working in Singapore currently (in the univeristy if you are curious). I tried low-carb last April with promising results, but could not keep it up (too much travelling). Anyway, I am determined to do it again now. I am a bit apprehensive about the first week though, I remember last april, I felt kind of nervous for a whole week b/c I could not figure out what to eat or if what I had decided to eat was legal. I am not sure I can go through that nerve-wracking first week again, but it does get better. And I am kind of excited now about the potential rewards :-)

I wish all the newbies (and others too) out there the best of luck.

Have you read the book? Check it out or go to the Atkins website so you'll know what is legal.

Welcome!

Hi and welcome!

I'll bet Singapore is a great place to LC -- so much fresh seafood and diverse cuisines, yum! Just avoid the rice, of course.

My favorite LC book is Protein Power Life Plan. I'd highly recommend it if you're in the market for a book.
