I was wondering, does mixing the cream cheese with the jello give it a mousse-like texture? I don't like jello because of the texture (although I think that it tastes and smells great). I just can't stomach swallowing it. It grosses me out. Anyway, I can handle things like mousse, cheesecake, something with a little "stiffness" to it. If it is more like pudding, whipcream, or yogurt, I won't eat it. I am so picky, but am exploring desserts for my sweet tooth. Thanks in advance for any advice.

P.S. I have also heard that gelatin is made from ground up horse hooves, is this true? Gross!
