Well we were going to wait to weigh ourselves at the 2 week mark....however it has been 1 week already and we couldn't wait so here goes.... my Mother has lost 5 1/2 pounds and I have lost 7 1/2 pounds I can't believe it !!!!!! This really does work........


Other than the occasional headache I'm doing pretty good......I was a little crabby for a couple days but not now I'm so happy...to be truthful my goal was to lose 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks and if I didn't reach that I was going to give up but I can't do that now...........
