Angry Hell Hath No FURY!!!

I have been on this diet since 7.07.03 (monday) aside the headaches and sore eyes I have turned into The Bitch from Hell
I have become very cranky, short tempered and snap at the slightest little thing!!
I am also very tired and snoozing a lot is this just a faze and if so when will it pass. The first few days I was ok, its only been since Thursday!!

Sounds like you may be going through carb withdrawal - and your body is adjusting to burning fat instead of carbs. Hang in there a few more days, and things should look much better.

What is your carb intake like? It wouldn't hurt to "up" your carbs by 5 grams or so if your symptoms are unbearable. That's what the Atkins book recommends, anyway.

Maybe try to eat more in general. If you aren't getting enough food, it could be why you're so cranky and tired.
