Default Another new kid on the block

Hi! I've been on Atkins since May 4. I love this WOE! I started out on the 4th with my husband, however, he has not kept it up. He's going to be hiking for 2 weeks this summer and says that he can't LC now and then eat the way he has to when he's hiking or he'll be sick. So I'm on my own and hoping everyone on this board be there for me if I need your support!

Five years ago I lost 35 pounds on WW after giving birth to my second child. Over the past 3 years I have gained it all back. I put most of it back on in the past year. I'm stopped working last June and found that I was snacking throughout the day and eating snacks after dinner.

I'd like to get down to at least 150 and once I get there, I expect to go even further.

I'm looking forward to checking out this site and learning more about how to make this work for me!

Welcome! I'm glad you're loving LC! Maybe you can rope your DH into LCing once he's back from hiking.

Congrats on your almost-20-lb loss so far! Keep up the good work!
