Default question

I am new to this (3rd day on plan), and I have a question for you all. I don't know if its all in my head, but since starting this, I've had a headach everyday, and my eyes feel funny. I can't explain the feeling. Its like my head is in a cloud. Have any of you had this? Or is it carb withdrawls!!!!

You are going through withdrawal of high carbs. Just as a caffeine drinker goes through similar symptoms of withdrawal. I think that extra potassium and magnesium will help you. It will eventually go away although it lasted alot longer for me.
