Question re-whipping whipped cream?

A silly little question: you know how whipped cream gets a bit watery the second day? (if I whip more than one serving and keep it in the fridge overnight) I was wondering if I could re-whip the cream to make it fluffy/stiff again?

thanks!

Penny

Might as well try it! I just whip a little for each meal it's needed for. Let us know!

It's worth a try, but, if I recall correctly from my childhood when we had strawberry shortcake every Sunday after dinner (drooling), once the whey separates that's it. Beating it again will just turn the whole batch into butter.
