Water Intake (and output)
Hey all, I'm a bit of a newbie to LCing and the Forum in general, so I want to say a quick hi!
I've read hundreds of threads in this forum on water, water weight, water drinking, etc.
Here's what I'm wondering:
I drink 3-4 liters per day, yet the river never seems to run clear, know what I mean? I've tried pounding more and more water, even twice that amount per day, but it's just not quite the same as it was before I began to LC.
It's commonly known that that's a sign of dehydration but in my case it obviously isn't. I try to eat <30 carbs per day and I'm very active jogging/biking/pilates etc, so I have reasons to believe that I'm in ketosis more often then not. I've read that ketones are expelled from the body (thanks kidneys!), could that be the source of the constant color? Anybody else in this situation?
