Default migraines and exercising (maybe TMI)

I feel guilty for not exercising for 2 days now (this'd be the the second day), but I've had a migraine. I get them a few days out of each menstural cycle. Does anyone ever suck it up and try to work out with a migraine headache? Am I being a weakling? Does it help or hinder your headaches? I really can't. I wanted to go, but I just feel so crappy right now even after taking something. In the past I've tried to only to end up leaving early and feeling worse after I was done exercising.
