I just wanted to share this with everyone. As some of you know -- and many don't know -- a group of us in Ontario Canada arranged a get-together lunch last Sunday, July 22. It was so wonderful to meet the people we've been communicating online with. And also to share lowcarb stories and experiences with real people.

I'd like to share the occasion with all of you, so I'm posting the picture here. This will let all of you be able to put a face to a name when you read our posts.
